LOCAL CHURCHES  -  “Best Strategy”

We have found that it is often difficult for churches to mobilize their people out in to the community.  And just like any other ministry in the church, the success of that ministry will rise or fall on having a quality leadership team  . . .such as children’s ministry team, worship team ministry team or any other ministry of the church.

To be successful in reaching out, we would like to suggest that you. . . .

Create a “Community Network Ministry Team”

• 5-6 people highly committed (and gifted) for personal ministry to our community


• This “Ministry Team” would give leadership to whole church


• This “team” would identify, recruit and mobilize people from within the church


• Identify strategies to connect and minister OUT to our community
  • Homeless Families
  • Providing meals
  • Mentoring at risk young people
  • Counseling and family intervention
  • Mentoring at risk young people
  • Counseling and family intervention

This team would respond, and be the “voice of the church”  back out to the community.

Strategies:

• Mobilizing the Body of Christ for maximum impact
• Identify and leverage our current resources
• Identify Strategic Partnerships
• Carry the power and presence of Christ out to region
• Bringing the Lords Favor and Blessing to our community

Specific Goals, Strategies, and Partnerships:

This “CN Ministry Team” would be part your church like any other ministry team, and would be involved in ministries other than OneChurch.   We are not the only act in town, but want to encourage you “network” with us and other worthy community ministries.

It is time that we start working together in strategic and effective ways so that . . .
